Product Introduction
InRouter600 Series 3G wireless routers work on 3G wireless network to establish secured and high-speed wireless connection between remote equipments and central stations. No matter where your equipments locate, you can have them connected to internet easily via the HSDPA/3G/EDGE/GPRS networks with global coverage.
Nowadays the industrial Ethernet has developed rapidly. Different from the traditional routers which are mainly used for networking between headquarter and branch offices, InRouter600 series 3G wireless routers cater the needs of industrial users, can be well utilized for networking and management of remote industrial equipments. Either to monitor the running status of remote equipments or to prepare a backup link for the wired equipment data link, InRouter600 could be a good choice. The industry grade design, incl. Wide Temperature Range, Industrial Power Terminal, Guide-Rail installation, and MODBUS support, exceeded general network products to meet the technical requirements of industrial equipment networking.
InRouter600 has an integrated 4-port switcher to link a LAN to internet, therefore can largely reduce your cost of informatization construction for equipment management. It also has the VPN function to establish virtual private network for connected equipments, so that equipment data is transmitted in IPSec channel to be secured from visiting or changing. This has exhibited high level security in a lot of bank ATM networking applications.
InRouter600 provides upgradable wireless network platform. With the embedded HSDPA module, or an external USB wireless modem certified by your local operator, you can immediately enjoy the convenience of 3G network to link your equipments into the high-speed internet. System Applications
Ordinary Router Mode:
InRouter 600 routers can be used as ordinary routers for users to access Internet easily.
Operator Private Network Mode:
InRouter 600 routers support operators’ Private Network services, which is an application widely employed by ATMs of banks, POS machines, and other industrial applications that require private networks for communication links. It provides the advantages of high data security, complete insulation of data channel from Internet and other networks; however as it requires special services offered by local cellular operators, it is not used in construction of networks across regions and countries. VPN Applications:
InRouter600 has VPN(Virtual Private Network)functions to support multiple LANs communicate with each other through VPN. This can be applied in many situations which require high data security, such as, remote monitor of industrial equipments, networking between headquarter and branch offices, and networking of self-service terminals.
