1. Introduction
InHand Device Manager is a network management platform that works with the InRouter series products of InHand Technology Co.,Ltd, remotely managing InRouters. The software plus the InRouter series products can comprise a complete monitoring system, which has friendly user interface and practical, easy-to-use functions.
The system is optimized for remote data transmission on 2.5G/3G wireless network, utilizing transmission protocols suitable to wireless network, therefore provides highly reliable and stable transmission. With the software, a monitoring system managing hundreds even thousands of InRouter products can be constructed by user. After setting related parameters on InRouter, it will transfer the realtime data to the monitoring center. The center system will then store the data. The central management system has a well-designed B/S structure based monitoring interface, so user do not need to install any special software and can just monitor field equipment anytime anywhere.
InHand Device Manager network management platform guards normal running of customer’s services, timely responding and judging communication malfunctions, therefore will largely save management cost for customer.
